I’ve listened to this song a thousand times, yet I just really caught these lyrics today and they made me think:

So scared of getting older. I’m only good at being young. So I play the numbers game. To find a way to say that life has just begun.
-John Mayer, Stop This Train
Also, I saw this quote on my personalized Google page and it made me smile: Whatever you may be sure of, be sure of this, that you are dreadfully like other people. -James Russell Lowe
Yes, I know…we are all created unique by Jesus but still…the things we really dislike about each other, we usually can find in ourselves too. (Me: Impatient, grouchy when sick, over dramatic, judgemental… I like to think these things don’t come out too often but they definitely lurk under the surface. Beware!)
Last, while searching for a picture of a train to accompany this post, I found a new blog I’m in love with: Reason to Wander. I love finding great writers on the web!
