The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe! Do I sound a little bit like Martha Stewart? I sure hope so…the woman has made millions! I baked cookies today. It was a mini-celebration thrown by myself in my own honor because today is my last day at home. So, I spent it in the kitchen! This cookie recipe is so good that I thought I’d share it for all the million readers out there (note: sarcasm). I think its as good as Mrs. Fields. Do I dare call it, “Mrs. Miller Chocolate Chip Cookies?” Nah… I can’t do the Mrs. thing yet.
Every Woman Needs….

To make: Cream butter and both sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375. Makes about 50 cookies and can be doubled. No, the cookies will not look done when you take them out…let them cool…its part of the magic!
