We talk extensively about health insurance, but not nearly enough about wellness and prevention -- and that starts with each of us being accountable to the food we eat, the exercise we get, the smoking we shouldn&#039;t do, etc.  (Yes, I am the world&#039;s worst offender of a terrible diet and no exercise).]]></description>
