Insightful. Can I request a post about the touchy feely yoga teacher from the same studio….the one that rocks men and women in his arms as they did the chandelier pose.

I think I want to try your yoga class! I went to one last week that cost $20 and they discouraged you from doing anything out of rhythm with the class– even water breaks had to be at a designated time. And I am not sure if I’ll ever get master the oo0000ommmmmm-ing.

I wanted her to teach me the right way, to challenge me like Jonathan had. I didn’t want her to feed me the crap the rest of our culture does–the crap that says, “This life is all about you…your feelings, your comfort, your needs.”
