Because I have always been a letter writer, I can’t resist posting this: A letter from the Bush girls to the Obama girls, published today in the Wall Street Journal.
Happy Inauguration Day, no matter if you’re Republican, Democrat, Green, or Independent. After all, our Presidents are just ordinary people elected by the people and for the people–which is what makes our nation the wonderful democracy that it is.

I also write better than I can say things. I love that letter! What a cool place to grow up! I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be a first daughter.
