A while back my friend Meg wrote about a bad experience at In-N-Out Burger. ( I know– shocker!) She commented that when her and Josh complained, the burger company took amazing care of them. Certainly makes you want to go back, right?
On Friday night we flew Jet Blue to Long Beach. Our flight was almost three hours delayed. Fortunately, we’d checked in online and knew about the delay. We enjoyed a long dinner and arrived to the airport without having to wait in the terminal. Still, I was annoyed that we could have almost driven home in the same amount of time it took us to fly home.
Today we received two $25 vouchers and an e-mail apology. You can bet my sour attitude felt a lot better. It’s no wonder Jet Blue is a favorite in the skies.
